tim 218e64314d Add gluetun endpoint watcher (5-minute systemd timer) ... When gluetun is unhealthy, re-dig the WireGuard peer hostname, update wg0.conf Endpoint, recreate gluetun then qbittorrent, and verify the VPN exit IP.
